Terms of Service
Effective: 1 March 2026
1. About Our Service
Top Adventure Vibe provides casino-themed entertainment for events. Our service is entertainment only. Fun chips provided at events have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything of value unless explicitly arranged with the event organiser.
2. Bookings and Payment
All bookings require a 30% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3. Cancellations
- More than 30 days before event: full deposit refund
- 15-30 days before event: 50% deposit refund
- Less than 15 days before event: deposit is non-refundable
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
4. Event Requirements
The event organiser is responsible for:
- Providing suitable venue space (minimum 3m x 2m per table plus circulation)
- Providing adequate lighting and power supply
- Providing safe vehicle access for equipment loading
- Confirming all guests are 18 years of age or older
5. Liability
We carry public liability insurance of $20,000,000. We are not liable for any damage to the venue caused by event guests. The event organiser is responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on topadventurevibe.com, including text, images, and design, is the property of Top Adventure Vibe and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
